At FurEverPets, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be:
✔️ Unused and in its original packaging
✔️ Free from damage, pet hair, or signs of wear
✔️ Returned within 30 days of receiving your order

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@fureverpets.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

🚨 Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If the return does not meet our criteria, we may reject it or offer a partial refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items marked as "Final Sale"
❌ Used or damaged products (unless defective)

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@fureverpets.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
