Welcome to FureverPets. We want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:
- Used pet products
- Opened grooming items
- Personalized/custom products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues.
