Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

- United States: 7–15 business days
- International orders: 10–20 business days

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FureverPets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and warehouse locations.
Customs & Import Taxes
